“It’s a lovely, sweet campsite, it is nestled between two beaches, and you can catch a bus to Portreath it is dog friendly and you are allowed fire pits lovely.”

“Great family site. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Facilities have recently been updated (2026). Pitches are of varying sizes to cater for different types of units. Swimming pool and pool room an added bonus to keep everyone occupied. Good location, not far off the A30 with beaches nearby. Will be returning.”

“I had an amazing time staying at Cambrose. Felt really looked after by friendly hosts Neil and Jen. The campsite was beautiful and well maintained. The toilets and showers worked really well and were immaculately clean. Love this area of Cornwall. There are so many beautiful places so close to the campsite. Plus the campsite had a pool which was perfect over the hot weekend. 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back.”

“Just spent the weekend here, family of four, we were very warmly welcomed by the new owners, site is super chilled, independent. Very clean, lovely updated facilities, super hot showers. Lovely stream, play area, pool v clean and perfect for kids. Loads to explore on the doorstep and we will certainly be returning!! Perfect little weekend getaway, thank you!!”

“Just got back from a wonderful stay at Cambrose Camping. The site is small and quiet which was perfect for us. A nice location with a lovely walk to Portreath beach. The owners were very lovely and welcoming and happy to help with any queries while also having a nice chat. The facilities are spotless, nice hot showers and clean toilets. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting, had we had been there longer we'd have 100% used it. Both myself and my daughter were very hesitant to leave this morning, if it wasn't for work we would have loved to have stayed the week. I'll 100% be back again, it was perfect. Thank you for being great hosts and we'll see you again in the future.”
